**Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and delivery of innovative product solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and drive product initiatives that support both market needs and company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Define Product Vision & Strategy**: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and long-term strategy aligned with market trends and business goals.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and successful product launches.
- **Feature Prioritization & Roadmapping**: Evaluate and prioritize product features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility. Build and maintain an actionable product roadmap.
- **Customer & Stakeholder Insights**: Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to inform decision-making and guide product iterations.
- **Product Lifecycle Management**: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle - from concept to launch - ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track product performance using metrics and KPIs, and leverage insights to optimize user experience and drive growth.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in product management or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools.
- Background in tech, SaaS, or related industries.
