Role and Responsibilities Provide dedicated customer service for international accounts in Chile, Mexico and Panama. Administer and coordinate international Chilean sales orders and transportation logistics for from International accountssourcings. - Prepare Pro Formas, commercial Commercial invoices and packing lists for all outbound / customer shipments (from US or from Medline factory located in another country). Work with freight forwarders on the logistics of customer shipments, reviewing accuracy of all customs documents.
- Sales - Assist sales reps with quoting (Proforma's) customers and Selling pricing for their accounts. - Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers. - Appropriately communicate with customer to resolve their inquiries. -Constantly communicate with Sales Rep, Operations, Supply and Procurement, related to the order status -Issue Resolution - Monitor and resolve blocks blocked account.
- Credit, pricing, sourcing, billing, etc. Check stock availability in Medline warehouses / factories and escalate to Inventory Management (IM), sales rep / management if issues arise, ensuring we provide a supply as quick and efficient as possible. -Quality / Service - Process OSI's (Operational Service Issues), RGA's (Return Good Authorizations), quality complaints, and credits for customers & sales reps. Data Management, entries, updating, reporting and data quality validating -Sales Support - Perform additional sales customer service responsibilities as needed.

Setup new customer accounts with Customer Master Data. Assist sales reps / managers with small projects, setup items in Medline warehouses, and send customers Medline invoices per request. Qualifications and Education Requirements University degree Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Advance English (Is this a requirement for Chile?) Preferred Skills Numerical, Analytical Advance Excel skills and also general and efficient with Microsoft office.

Experience working with foreign third party suppliers. International logistics experience. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers SAP experience.
