Senior Project Planning and Control Specialist

**Tu rol y responsabilidades**

En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en la planificación, programación y control de costos en todas las fases de los proyectos de entrega individual de tamaño pequeño a mediano. Cada día, mantendrás y analizarás los cronogramas reales y previstos, los costos, los ingresos, el flujo de caja (entrada/salida), así como los riesgos y oportunidades. También demostrarás tu experiência supervisando, informando y gestionando desviaciones de manera proactiva.

Este rol contribuye al desarrollo de programas de planificación en nuestra unidad de negocios Ports Electrification en:
**Serás principalmente responsable de**:

- Supervisar la ejecución y el desempeño del proyecto con una planificación bien mantenida de cronograma, costos, flujo de caja y riesgos del proyecto individual.
- Analizar los requisitos del proyecto y verificar que todas las actividades esenciales se hayan identificado con suficiente detalle para servir como base en el desarrollo de cronogramas realistas.
- Monitorear el progreso del proyecto y analizar regularmente las rutas críticas para asegurar que todas las actividades críticas y los hitos del proyecto avancen conforme al plan.
- Garantizar que los proyectos individuales se cierren según los contratos establecidos con los clientes.

**Calificaciones para el rol**

- Experiência mínima de 2 anos en posiciones similares
- Formación académica en ingeniería eléctrica, electromecánica e industrial
- Deseable conocimiento en proyectos de electrificación, sistemas eléctricos.
- Experiência con plataforma de planificación
- Dominio del idioma ingles
