Controlling Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Chief Controller for the company's management to comply with the defined Business Plan; collaborate with the Financial Controller in the implementation of an information system to optimize the monitoring of the main indicators of our business, identify deviations and promote corrective actions. In addition, he will play an essential role in controlling the company’s main processes. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest growing companies in the industry

What You’ll Do:

- Participation in the preparation of the annual budget of the company and its monthly reviews.
- Control of monthly accounts closing.
- Control of customer billing processes and payments to suppliers.
- Generation of management information for Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
- Identification of deviations versus what was planned and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Identification of opportunities for improvement in all areas of the company.
- Definition of the rules and procedures for the company as a whole and compliance control.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 6+ years of similar experience.
- Advanced or graduate student in careers such as Accounting, Economy, Finance, Actuary or Business Administration.
- Advanced English level.
