**Additional Information**:This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, The Bristol Resort S.A. The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. **JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for selling the portfolio of service and products of VerdeAzul Hotels existing and future, to the assigned segment made up of meetings, incentives, congresses and events; creating a long-term relationship of loyalty with customers and meeting sales budgets.

**Responsibilities (Macro / General) Techniques**:
1. Work proactively with sales channels to ensure budget compliance, meeting hotel standards.

2. Know the competitive set of the hotels we represent and target market it serves.

3. Know your product very well, advantages, disadvantages, all those data that allow you to handle possible objections in the sales process.

4. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM travel, trade shows, etc.

5. Understand and know the market in general: the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, economic trends, supply and demand, etc.

6. Inquire the client to know their expectations and needs, in order to adapt the proposal to a better commercial solution

7. Develop relationships within the MICE community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.

8. Participate in GSO calls with sales members to generate or close business opportunities

9. Executes and supports the administrative aspects of the reserved business (e.g. generation of proposals, drafting of contracts, correspondence with clients, blocking of groups in system).

10. Offer additional services to customers in order to increase the revenue generated.

11. Perform any other function inherent to the position.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Management of computer programs (Microsoft Office)
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of CRM
- Advanced English, oral and written.
- Focus on customer service.
- Mastery of the Opera Operating System
- Knowledge in markets such as MICE LATAM & CARIBBEAN and MICE NORTH AMERICA & EUROPE

**Profile / Academic Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree completed in marketing, management, industrial engineering, related careers.
- 5 years of experience in similar positions with a focus on strategic management of MICE accounts.
