Regional Operational Manager Central America Main Mission To lead and oversee the Sales Operations in his/her region, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
An important focus will be the development and management of his team at the highest standards of leadership.
Main Responsabilities Responsible for Territory Optimization in the countries of charge Ambassador of affiliate strategy Responsible for the Leadership and development of country managers Implement and oversee a comprehensive people development Project in the region Regional strategy (Regional plan of action / portfolio management / pricing / ) in line with global strategy but adapted to local needs Responsibility of crossfunctional work in head office (Regional Core Team) Work with Tier 1 Therapeutic Area Expert in collaboration with medical Budget allocation Panama based (60% in the Head Office, 40% in the field) Gerente Regional de Operaciones - América Central Misión Principal Liderar y supervisar las Operaciones de Ventas en su región, desarrollando y ejecutando estrategias de ventas para alcanzar objetivos de ingresos y rentabilidad.
Un enfoque importante será el desarrollo y gestión de su equipo con los más altos estándares de liderazgo.
Responsabilidades Principales Responsable de la Optimización de Territorios en los países a su cargo.
Embajador de la estrategia de la filial.
Responsable del liderazgo y desarrollo de los gerentes de país.
Implementar y supervisar un proyecto integral de desarrollo de personas en la región.
Estrategia regional (plan de acción regional / gestión de cartera / fijación de precios /...) en línea con la estrategia global pero adaptada a las necesidades locales.
Responsabilidad del trabajo multifuncional en la sede (Equipo Central Regional).
Trabajar con Expertos de Área Terapéutica de Nível 1 en colaboración con el área médica.
Asignación de presupuesto.
Con sede en Panamá (60% en la oficina central, 40% en el campo).
