Resumen:
**What’s the role**:
El analista de operaciones de adquisición presta apoyo a las herramientas de adquisición y pago de la organización, a los usuarios, a los proveedores y a los equipos de apoyo (AP, Finanzas, Cadena de Suministro, etc.). Proporciona orientación y formación a las partes interesadas y a los proveedores según sea necesario. El papel apoyará las diversas funciones dentro de las funciones de Procure-to-pay, incluyendo pero no limitado a la incorporación de proveedores, catálogo de proveedores y la creación de punch-out, la creación y el mantenimiento de los artículos del catálogo de inventario de la cadena de suministro. El papel apoyará a las partes interesadas en la creación de la cesta de la compra y el apoyo a los pedidos.

**Responsabilidades**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Punto de contacto clave para la incorporación de proveedores, el apoyo a proveedores y la creación de catálogos.
- Punto clave para las partes interesadas en la creación de carros de compra y soporte de pedidos.
- Resolver, escalar y hacer un seguimiento de los tickets de servicio al cliente hasta su resolución.
- Hacer un seguimiento con el cliente sobre el estado o la resolución de su ticket de servicio.
- Organizar sesiones de formación y conocimiento con las unidades de negocio según sea necesario.
- Formar a las partes interesadas en los procesos de adquisición según sea necesario.
- Coordinar las actualizaciones de los catálogos y de las perforaciones con los proveedores y el equipo de la cadena de suministro.
- Apoyar al administrador del sistema en las pruebas de las solicitudes de cambio, las mejoras y las nuevas funcionalidades.

Calificaciones:
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Nível de licenciatura y/o título de ingeniería técnica comparable.
- De 1 a 3 años de experiência en operaciones de compra P2P.
- Se valorará el conocimiento de SAP Procurement.
- Se valorará el conocimiento de Ariba.
- Nível de inglés Intermedio a Avanzado.
- Nível de Excel Intermedio
- Habla español - Para las posiciones en LIBA
