This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo Internet Service Provider (ISP)Coordinator **The Internet Service Provider (ISP) Coordinator**will be responsible of the planning, design, and rollout of engineering projects for IP Core networks, ensuring timely delivery and proper capacity. This role facilitates communication across teams, analyzes technical data, and presents strategic reports to support decision-making. **Scope** The scope is to cover all operational activities of the Core IP-ISP platforms covering (but not limited) Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Bolivia, Paraguay and other operations for Millicom group that the top management decide. The Network elements are different in each country but the technical sub-domains that manage are (but no limited to): Edge Routers, Core Routers, CGNATs routers and/or platforms, Public DNS, and CDNs Farmers. **Contract Type**: Full-time **Key responsabilities** - Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules that meet them. - Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly. - Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports. - Attending and scheduling meetings as required. - Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback. - Understanding and meeting all requirements of the project. - Analyzing technical requirements. - Develop full-scale project plans. - Assemble and coordinate project staff. - Manage project budget and resource allocation. - Track project milestones and deliverables. - Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders. - Identify and manage project risks and issues. - Escalate issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution. - Capacity Planning “monitoring the capacity and scaling capabilities - Lead complex, multi-country projects ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with the group’s strategic goals. **Required Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in network planning, including 3+ years leading technical teams. - Experience with IP networks in mobile operators and/or data centers. - Strong knowledge of IPv6 enablement and migrations. - Solid Project Management Tools & Skills - Familiarity with Gantt charts, JIRA, MS Project, or Trell. - Technical documentation and English proficiency is required as working language. - Capex and Opex knowledge is required. - Business travel up to 25% of the time. ***Education** - **Bachelor’s degree of the following: Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering or Information Technology**:**Certifications** - **Cisco CCNP/CCIE Service Provider - desired.**: - **Juniper JNCIP/JNCIE desired**: - **ITIL Foundation**: - desired** **Interpersonal Skills** - **Leadership and autonomy.** - **Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.** - **Effective communication and strategic thinking.** - **Vendor management and business orientation.** **Key Interactions** - **Internal**:Local technical teams, centralized platforms, strategic HQ teams, commercial areas, finance, HR, and procurement.**: - **External**:Vendors, consultants, peer operators, and regulatory entities.** **We are a leading multinational company of mobile services, internet and cable television that is present in Latin America and we are the leading telecommunications company in Panama.
