You are ready to jump at any time and wear many hats because you value the growth you can have when learning to do it all.What you will be doingTrain all front/new staffManage receptionists schedules and tasksManage rooms and beds reservations to maximize efficiencyHandle groups reservationBe main contact to Selia main reservation center Make sure logbook is updated and that all front reading itReview receptionists’ reportsManage communication with guests and deal with complaintsManage reception inventory/stockOrder office supply materials by min and max listPMS reports as neededDaily and monthly reports of occupancy and incomesUpdate operational system with daily activities and plansSinergy on the day to day operations with housekeeping and maintenanceModify and implement reception protocolsEnsure standards of customer serviceKeep staff updated with new trainingsInternal communication management with front staff and managersAuthorize discounts and refunds by protocolsEnsure the good conditions of reception equipmentFacilities housekeeping and maintenance: Day to day support to the operations managerCoordinating between reception and operation manager to verify rooms are ready to receive guestsStep in on absent of operations managerWhat you need for the role1-2 years of experience in receptionTeam managementBilingualKnowledge of PMS systemTourism /Hotel management backgroundWhat can you expectCompetitive salaryPerformance bonusNo dress codePet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly)Multiple online training opportunitiesCultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
