El Pasante de Optimización Logística apoyará la implementación de un proyecto enfocado en la optimización de los procesos de importación y exportación de la planta de Haleon Panamá, así como en iniciativas de mejora continua dentro del área de Bodega. Este rol contribuirá directamente a mejorar la productividad y la eficiencia operativa en el sitio de manufactura.

Responsabilidades clave

El pasante será responsable de:

• Gestionar oportunamente los proyectos de mejora, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y entregables.
• Administrar la documentación relacionada con los proyectos que se implementarán.
• Aplicar herramientas de mejora continua para optimizar procesos operativos y logísticos.
• Establecer procedimientos estándar de operación (SOPs) para los procesos mejorados.
• Entrenar al personal en los nuevos procedimientos y procesos definidos en el área.
• Desarrollar herramientas de performance, controles y reportes para dar seguimiento al avance e impacto de los proyectos.

Calificaciones y habilidades

Esenciales

• Conocimiento de Microsoft Office, incluyendo Excel avanzado.
• Conocimiento en gestión y manejo de proyectos.
• Conocimientos básicos en Logística y Cadena de Suministro.
• Conocimientos en Power BI (preferible).

Deseables

• Manejo del idioma inglés.
• Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Aprendizaje rápido y habilidades de autoaprendizaje.
• Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad.
