Job Summary:

As ViaCarte's Senior Growth Specialist, you'll be the architect and operator of our digital acquisition engine, owning the strategies and channels that convert awareness into qualified leads and revenue. You'll blend creativity with analytical rigor, using paid media, SEO, and lifecycle tactics to scale ViaCarte and its group of companies across premium and emerging markets, especially in the Caribbean and Latin America.

This is a high-impact role ideal for a growth marketer who thrives in a performance-first environment, knows how to optimize for both HNW conversion and cross-border fintech adoption, and enjoys working cross-functionally to bring bold ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Acquisition

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
  • Write briefs for ad creatives and collaborate with design on messaging.
  • Monitor daily performance to meet CAC, CPL, and ROAS

2. SEO & Website Traffic Growth

  • Implement and monitor SEO best practices, technical and on-page for company websites and landing pages.
  • Manage organic content strategy with support from the content team.
  • Use tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs to track rankings, keywords, and competitors.

3. Funnel Optimization & CRO

  • Improve performance across the full funnel, from landing pages to lead capture.
  • Set up and manage A/B tests, heatmaps, and conversion tracking.
  • Suggest and implement UI/UX improvements in collaboration with the web and product teams.

4. Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Own campaign dashboards and analytics tracking (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot).
  • Report weekly on growth KPIs and channel insights.
  • Recommend budget reallocations based on real-time performance.

5. Lifecycle Marketing

  • Set up and optimize email drip campaigns, onboarding flows, and re-engagement workflows.
  • Partner with CRM or marketing ops to personalize communications by segment.

6. Growth Enablement for Partnerships

  • Support co-marketing with alliance partners (digital asset platforms, corporate travel, fintechs).
  • Build joint performance dashboards and coordinate launch efforts.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a growth, performance marketing, or digital acquisition role.
  • Proven track record running profitable multi-channel
  • Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, analytics, and conversion funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, and SEMrush.
  • Comfortable working with data to make fast decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

    Responsabilidades clave
    1. Adquisición Pagada
      Planificar, lanzar y optimizar campañas pagadas en LinkedIn, Google y Meta

      • Redactar briefs para creatividades publicitarias y colaborar con diseño en los mensajes

      • Supervisar el rendimiento diario para cumplir objetivos de CAC, CPL y ROAS
    2. SEO y Crecimiento de Tráfico Web
      Implementar y monitorear buenas prácticas de SEO técnico y en página para sitios y landing pages

      • Gestionar la estrategia de contenido orgánico con apoyo del equipo de contenido

      • Usar herramientas como SEMrush o Ahrefs para rastrear posicionamiento, palabras clave y competencia
    3. Optimización del Embudo y CRO
      Mejorar el rendimiento a lo largo del embudo, desde las páginas de destino hasta la captura de leads

      • Configurar y gestionar pruebas A/B, mapas de calor y seguimiento de conversiones

      • Sugerir e implementar mejoras UI/UX en colaboración con los equipos de producto y web
    4. Análisis y Reportes de Rendimiento
      Ser responsable de los tableros de campaña y el seguimiento analítico (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot)

      • Reportar semanalmente sobre los KPIs de crecimiento e insights por canal
