What do you get to do in this position?

Automation Sales Executives your role is to develop & scale our Automation  Solutions and software, Primary responsibilities include pipeline generation, closing of sale, providing technical recommendations and other input for the creation of technical proposals and the tracking of relevant opportunities.

Additional responsibilities include technical roadmap guidance for future innovations & solutions, as well as customer relationship management.

Also are responsible for managing the entire sales process from identifying prospects, influencing the specification to negotiating contracts.

In this role, Sales Executive drives direct End User automation business or indirect End User automation sales through better management of ecosystem (System Integrators, Process OEM, Automation Distributors, Consulting Engineers, EPCs….), and Digital Services and Software as differentiators.

Other job essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Contribute and meet/exceed assigned sales revenue targets and project opportunity pipeline growth of Schneider Electric's Enterprise Automation Solutions, Software Solutions and Services for dedicated customers, segments, and geographies;Executive pre-sales, selling activity, and sales administrative support, develop the Enterprise Business and internal relationship with our key stakeholders;Influence and evolve the Enterprise Automation Solutions and Software  roadmap by working closely with our Support teams.Perform other related sales, engineering, documentation, standardization, and training tasks Execute competitive sales tactics to win businessUtilize business and financial knowledge to create value propositions

Completed  Bachelor's degree; educational backgroundin  Electronics / Electromechanical, Mechatronic EngineeringAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Well versed in IT and OT technologies as well as IT/OT convergence.Masters preferred but not mandatory.Fluency in written and spoken Spanish Second language English spoken preferred but not mandatory, at least read and Write.

Experience:

 

Strong technical knowledge\: Automation Systems and Solutions, PLC, PAC, Automation Controllers, CONTROLS, Drives, HMI, SCADA, iIoT solutions, Connected DevicesExperience in Solution Selling, Outcome Based Selling, Customer-Centric SellingKnowledgeable of Business Solutions and Manufacturing Applications, Smart FactoriesAbility to establish CXO level relationshipsTrack record of meeting/exceeding yearly quotaExperience in business transformation solutionsCapability to understand DCS, MES and Control Architecture Systems, the value they bring to the industry and prospects
