Crude Oil Trade Operations Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Crude Oil Trade Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end execution of crude shipments from load to discharge ports, with primary focus on Ecuador and Colombia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in crude oil operations, with deep expertise in the Ecuadorian market's operational workflows, supplier base, and logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Load Port Operations:
• Execute daily lifting operations for term and spot contracts, including vessel clearance, DI/loading instructions, and inspector nominations.
• Maintain and update business data to ensure timely synchronization of BL and logistics information.
• Coordinate loading windows, continuous loading plans, and monthly schedules with key suppliers ( , Petroecuador, Andes, Unipec).
• Work closely with trading, legal, and shipping teams to manage force majeure events and adjust logistics plans as needed. 2. Disport Operations:
• Oversee discharge coordination and daily operations at destination ports.
• Address downstream client requests such as load port sampling, discharge timeline adjustments, and customs documentation support.
• Manage handover and follow-up for cargoes destined to Japan, USWC, Chile, Peru, and other regions. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, English, or related majors.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in international crude oil trade operations; Ecuadorian/Colombian crude experience preferred.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
• Panama-based candidates are preferred.
• Strong multitasking, risk awareness, and problem-solving abilities; able to perform under pressure in a dynamic trade environment.
