Customer Engagement Lead Marketing

Role Purpose

Implement and coordinate customer engagement strategies by specialty, ensuring a coherent, relevant, and measurable omnichannel experience. This role serves as the connection point between the field team, digital channels, and medical content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the specialist's journey, identifying pain points and leverage opportunities.
  • Execute the engagement plan by specialty and country.
  • Coordinate all channels (field visits, digital, events, MSL, CRM).
  • Monitor engagement indicators and report results.
  • Provide feedback to the strategy team on opportunities and learnings.

Desired Profile

  • Experience in medical or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel activation and CRM (Veeva, Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational skills and results orientation.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate.
