Integrated Facility Manager

1. Facility and Equipment Management Oversee the management and optimization of office facilities, equipment, and services to ensure operational excellence. Manage security protocols and ensure the highest level of safety and efficiency. Develop, prepare, and execute property service budgets with a focus on cost control and service improvement.

2. Budgeting and Cost Control Develop and manage the facility operations budget for the regional office. Approve and monitor expenses while ensuring that costs are controlled and aligned with organizational goals. Implement strategies to optimize budget utilization without compromising quality or service.

3. Operations Management Oversee the daily operations of critical office systems, including power supply, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), fire safety systems, and security. Handle change requests, manage system lifecycles, and evaluate and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous service improvement.

4. Workplace Services Management Lead the management of essential office services, including reception, canteen operations, cleaning, mail handling, and security. Oversee contract management, workplace planning, and allocation to optimize space utilization and ensure a conducive working environment.

5. Strategic Facility and Equipment Planning Contribute to the development and execution of strategic facility management initiatives. Ensure the effective integration of resources and manage the performance of external Integrated Facility Management (IFM) suppliers to deliver high-quality service across the office.

1. Experience At least 5 years of experience in administrative or operational management areas such as canteen operations, vehicle fleet management, accommodation services, and travel logistics (including hotels, air tickets). Experience in managing large-scale facility operations is highly preferred.

2. Cultural Awareness Familiarity with Chinese culture and lifestyle is an advantage to align with our company's international operations and to enhance the service experience within our multicultural team.

3. Educational Background A degree in Public Administration, Economics, General Management, Sociology, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.

1. Communication Skills Strong communication abilities to engage with other departments to understand their requirements and develop strategies that align with administrative goals.

2. Supplier Management Proficient in planning, execution, and risk management, with a focus on supplier relationship management to ensure high service quality and operational efficiency.

3. Teamwork and Collaboration Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of facility services across different teams.

4. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

5. Personal Attributes A proactive, open-minded individual with a strong sense of service, aesthetic quality, and learning agility. Must be adept in problem-solving, comprehensive transaction processing, and building positive interpersonal connections.
