The position

As a Sr Business Development & Strategic Projects Manager, you will:

  • Drive the identification and execution of new commercial business development initiatives aligned with the commercial strategy.
  • Manage and deliver complex, end-to-end strategic projects with significant impact across the Business Area (BA).
  • Provide effective executive support to the management team, offering clear recommendations and presentations.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic commercial partnerships to enhance commercial solutions and operations.
  • Develop and design alternative, innovative revenue models, pricing strategies, and sales/distribution channels.
  • Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape to inform key business development decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organisation (e.g., Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Finance) to integrate customer needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Need to have:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in commercial and project management, specifically across pharma, OTC, or FMCG.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to build and maintain commercial partnerships.
  • Advanced negotiation skills, capable of navigating complex agreements with external stakeholders.
  • Deep commercial acumen, including proficiency in developing revenue models and sales strategies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and adaptability, enabling the translation of market trends into actionable business opportunities.
