Responsable de liderar la implementación de estrategias de negocio, identificando nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento en mercados locales y regionales. Este rol será clave en la investigación de mercado, análisis competitivo y desarrollo de nuevos proyectos comerciales, además de mantener relaciones sólidas con altos directivos y socios estratégicos.

Responsabilidades principales:

Identificar, evaluar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en distintos países y canales.

Liderar negociaciones con marcas y proveedores, desde el estudio de viabilidad hasta el cierre del contrato.

Coordinar con equipos internos (Finanzas, Comunicación, Country Managers) para garantizar proyecciones precisas y una ejecución alineada.

Realizar análisis de mercado: insights del consumidor, tamaño de mercado, penetración digital, mapeo de distribuidores y retailers, estudios de precios y tráfico en malls y aeropuertos.

Gestionar riesgos de proyectos y proponer mejoras basadas en investigación y análisis competitivo.

Presentar oportunidades de negocio a la alta dirección y dar seguimiento hasta su implementación.

Requisitos:

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en desarrollo de negocios.

Dominio del idioma Inglés y capacidad para realizar presentaciones efectivas.

Habilidades en planeación estratégica, investigación de mercado y negociación.
