We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can own our content engine end-to-end and turn strong ideas into measurable business impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, SEO, and revenue enablement.

Your responsibilities:  

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop integrated content strategies aligned with marketing goals, conduct audience research, map content to the buyer's journey.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee creation of diverse content (blogs, whitepapers, social, video), manage editorial calendars, and maintain brand voice/guidelines.
  • SEO & Distribution: Ensure content is SEO-optimized and distributed effectively across all relevant channels (web, social, email).
  • Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) using analytics to measure content effectiveness and inform future plans.  

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of B2B content marketing experience (SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Exceptional written American English and strong storytelling skills
  • Experience creating long-form content such as blogs, case studies, and thought leadership
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success
  • Ability to repurpose one core idea into multiple content formats
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance content creation and workflows

Nice to Have:

  • Journalism background or formal writing training
  • WordPress and HubSpot experience
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
  • Video scripting or light editing experience
  • Executive ghostwriting or LinkedIn thought leadership
  • Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 or SEO platforms
