Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations for both campuses (Albrook & CDE). Manage and update maintenance schedules (A/C, fumigation, safety inspections, etc.). Support procurement and delivery processes, including vendor follow-up and record keeping. Monitor inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols. Communicate effectively with internal teams (Admin, HR, IT, and Leadership) to resolve facility or operational issues. Supervise maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure completion of scheduled tasks. Coordinate external service providers and monitor completion of contracted works. Track expenses and assist in budget management for operational areas. Prepare and maintain reports for management and audit purposes. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or facilities coordination. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Ability to manage teams and work collaboratively with multiple departments.
