If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Sales team as a Key Account Supervisor. You’ll be responsible of the distributor's management, supporting its sales force to achieve the strategic objectives in the different channels/markets. Your purpose would be to maintain and expand relationships with distributors and customers while assuring strategic business plan implementation. This hybrid role is located in Panamá with the expectation to be in the office 2 days per week / 3 days at home office – subject to change. Travel required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects).

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Mindset: Assure execution of the commercial calendar & JBP plan strategy through the distributor. Define business priorities of distributors sales force.
- Assure Execution: Executive business discipline & Distributor Management guidelines: weekly meetings, MBR, QBR, T2T, Sales force trainings, etc. Drive and deliver growth by ensuring fundamentals execution and identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Focus: Drive customer engagement to build trust and preference. Maintain steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, door volume, visual roll-out and driving turn. Interact regularly with sales forces related to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge and experience in managing distributors.
- Previous experience in the consumer’s goods industry and distributor model.
- Knowledge and experience in financial basics planning and reporting areas.
- English: Advanced.
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to business.
