The  Senior Project Manager – Engineering will support the major transformation and expansion initiatives of the site, that means implementation of new high technology equipment and refurbish as building new areas to be in compliance with the regulatory requirements and the vision of the future state of the factory.

Key Responsibilities

Reception and pre-screening of potential opportunities involving experts for review and decision. Manage a multidisciplinary team to obtain best results regarding equipment and process selection. Liaise with stakeholders and experts to facilitate review and consolidate scientific feedbacks leading to recommendation. Create weekly and monthly presentation of the projects on going results, performance KPIs and to obtain endorsements and approvals with the stakeholders. Ensure that the projects meet the Quality, EHS, Cost, Time and Vertical Start Up standards. Report to corporate related KPIs. Organize and participate in ideation sessions to collect Commercial, Supply and Site Team needs supporting definition of a needs collection process (short, mid, and long-term vision) Implement HAPs (Haleon Performance System) applying concepts to specify and implement best in class solutions regarding production and analytical equipment, utilities, and facilities. Identify and select best in class contractors and engineering groups to support the ambitions. Bachelor’s degree in science related field as Electric, Chemical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering. Mastery in project management is a plus. 5 or more years managing projects within the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Food or Consumer Goods industry. Budgeting and cost management experience.
