You are responsible for

  • Improvement Projects Lead
  • Process standardization across Districts
  • Business reporting and trend results analysis
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) setting and definition
  • Sales Incentives: performance and execution follow up
  • Stocks health: follow up on action plans execution

You are a part of

The Personal Health LatAm Team and you will be working closely with PH District & Business Leaders, being part of the Commercial Performance area, which supports the different Districts & Areas in performing detailed analysis of its performance and follow up of main KPIs.


To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Very analytic (numbers oriented).
  • Proactive, interested, curious.
  • Very good communicational skills both verbal and written.
  • Interested on digital world, its implications on daily business and the positive impacts it might bring.
