This Role

Responsibilities:

  • Be the HR point of contact for Panama employees.
  • Handle various administrative support tasks to ensure the office is perfectly functional and follows ergonomic policies, as required by law.
  • Validate information the Accounting provides regarding payroll, and manage benefits providers.
  • Manage all employee's files and make sure the documents are uptodate. Work closely with Legal to guarantee Local policies & procedures are available and applied as required by law. If needed, support audits.
  • Work closely with the local IT department to track assets and ensure office security protocols are followed.
  • Raise concerns and propose action plans regarding culture, team, management, and workspace.
  • Organize monthly culture engagement activities in partnership with the Culture Committee and the Country Manager.

Requirements:

  • 34 years of experience in HR.
  • Advanced oral and written English skills.
  • Have the ability to learn new skills quickly and with mínimal guidance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible and reliable.
