Identify problem areas and provide information necessary for corrective actionAssist in the identification, development and execution of country/function specific training based on data trendsDesign and execute investigation control reviewsCommunicate to all team members any new requirements, changes, updates on all support related information company informationUse sound decision-making and discretion in making decisions that mitigate corporate risk at each decision point throughout the investigation.
Monitor compliance with CSR KPIs and action plans established for operationsMonitor action plans derived from CSR investigationsSupport in investigation process required by CSRDesign metrics, reports, and dashboards conforming to consistent methodologies, standards and industry best practices to provide support insights daily, weekly, monthlyMentor junior-level Business Analysts in the OperationsKey InterfacesWorks with HQ and in-op E&C team members to ensure CSR activities are managed in a timely manner and the appropriate support is providedKeeps management informed of project status through periodic status reporting and project updatesQualificationsBachelor's degree from accredited college or university.8-10 years Compliance risk / Project Management experienceSkilled in Tableau, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power PointKnowledge about investigations processesProject Management & Implementation experienceProcess Development & Improvement expertiseComplex Data Analysis & ReportingExperienceOrganized, detailed self-starter who is resourceful and able to effectively prioritize competing assignmentsSkilled in managing meetings and creating and delivering presentations to a variety of in-person and remote audiences.
