Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishes human resource objectives by managing various aspects of employee activities, from recruitment to disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to legal and company regulations.
  • Handles end-to-end recruitment processes for task order personnel, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manages employee hiring, benefits, and pay-related matters in collaboration with ATSG.
  • Maintains accurate employee records in ATSG databases.
  • Oversees tasks and queries within personal and team workload limits.
  • Collaborates with legal counsel and corporate offices.
  • Coordinates medical and drug testing for all task order personnel.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and local laws, incorporating relevant U.S. and international laws.
  • Conducts vendor contract negotiations and updates recruitment systems.
  • Monitors personnel's time and attendance, including timesheets and leaves.
  • Audits employee files periodically for completeness and compliance.
  • Assists with work permits, visas, and security clearances for personnel.
  • Manages local bank accounts and payroll processes.
  • Coordinates fund transfers between offices and payroll vendors.
  • Assists with employee benefits tasks and on-demand requests.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws and corporate policies.
  • Guides management and employees on corporate policies and regulations.
  • Administers contract and corporate training for employees.
  • Liaises with various external parties and supports performance evaluations.
  • Collaborates on facility management with team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Knowledge:
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management, communications, employment law, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in strategic planning, people coordination, and HR practices.
  • Specialized knowledge in areas like labor laws, corporate policies, recruitment, etc.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and recruitment processes.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and government regulations.

Language:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Translation skills and cross-cultural understanding.

Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
