You are responsible for

  • Support Credit and Collection Analysts in their work
  • Analyze incoming credit orders
  • Develop reports, metrics, analyze KPIs
  • Automate and improve information flow in the department

You are a part of

GBS Credit Latam Team consisting of seven Credit Analysts based in Panama and Brasil: experienced professional who will help you starting out in this field.


To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Students of IT or Industrial Engineering, Business, Administration or Finance
  • Strong communications skills and team working skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI knowledge would be a plus
  • Result oriented. Analytical skills.
  • Quick learner who likes to take ownership.
  • At least intermediate level of English.
  • Portuguese is a plus
