Create an annual process involving all relevant functions that provide information for non-financial reporting, including roll-out of a sustainability reporting tool and related trainings.

Control the quality of the data collected, with continuous improvement.

Responsible for producing an annual Corporate Responsibility report to serve as the main vehicle to communicate externally on performance and targets across all areas of corporate responsibility and compliance, in alignment with the GRI G4 standard.

Support and drive all operations in data collection and reporting process implementation.

Develop communication material and strategies of the non-financial data to support business decisions and development, as well as external transparency requirements.

Work to implement new ways for Millicom to measure the wider impact its business and CR activities in its markets, including measures of financial impact of CR and Compliance activities.

Work specifically with Compliance to prepare quarterly Assurance reports for the Executive Committee and separately for the Board. The work includes designing report format off
- and online, prepare trend analyses. Reports will normally include statistics, matters arising, and proposals for internal KPI setting. Participate in /lead projects relating to implementation of risk mitigation and assurance processes. Project management, support cross-functional compliance and corporate responsibility projects, liaising very closely with other functions such as HR, Security and Legal. Monitor the main regulatory and political issues around Sustainability inour key markets in order to identify potential threats and/or opportunities to the business

  • Recommend and engage, in coordination with the Director of Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs, with necessary thirdparty intermediaries including industry associations, broadbased and business trade associations, NGOs, civil society organizations active in the field of Sustainability.,We are a leading multinational company of mobile services, internet and cable television that is present in Latin America and we are the leading telecommunications company in Panama.
