You are responsible for

  • Assignments and projects needed to prepare tender documentation and quotations for deals with medium to high degree of complexity.
  • Drives continuous improvement of the tender and quote processes within the scope for Philips Medical Equipment.
  • Leads a medium size team of 18 people located between Panama & Brazil.
  • Followups with the team in regard to product configuration.
  • Balances the workload between the team members.
  • Promotes team collaboration and professional growth.
  • Introduces new supporting process activities, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensures adherence to the new and existing processes and procedures using a Lean Mindset.
  • Basic analysis and approach of problems according to known methods.
  • Proactively does research and gathers data dedicated to resolve specific questions.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices and involved in the development of new practices.
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
