El Ejecutivo de Cuenta en Supply Chain, Almacenamiento y Manufactura es responsable de incrementar la cartera de clientes y servicios de la empresa para lograr los objetivos establecidos.

Este puesto requiere experiência previa de al menos 2 años en puestos similares, como Ejecutivo de Cuenta, Ejecutivo de Ventas o Ejecutivo Comercial en empresas del ramo logístico, manufactura y/o puestos afines.


Entre las responsabilidades se encuentran:

  • Investigar, buscar y prospectar clientes potenciales, basados en el plan de negocios de la empresa.
  • Abordar al cliente, descubrir sus necesidades, asesorar, cotizar y dar soluciones coordinadas con la estructura interna de la empresa, para el cierre de la venta y el seguimiento de esta.
  • Analizar con la jefatura inmediata y con las áreas internas involucradas todo lo necesario, para la elaboración de las propuestas a los nuevos clientes, alineado a los análisis previos de los costos, los procesos y los márgenes de utilidad, objetivos establecidos, de acuerdo con las políticas de la Corporación.
  • Desarrollar y mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva con el cliente y con las áreas operativas, para fortalecer los negocios y permitir la fluidez de las operaciones.
  • Preparar reportes mensuales de actividad comercial para presentar en reuniones de Ventas y Operaciones, liderando e implementando proyectos que permitan un crecimiento sostenible en el mercado de la malla de servicios de la Corporación.
  • Realizar una revisión mensual de resultados con los clientes a su cargo para definir la renegociación y/o ajuste de tarifas y renovación de contratos.
  • Asegurar la comunicación con el cliente con el objetivo de mantenerlo informado de los detalles de los servicios brindados y los KPI's.
  • Calcular los estimados de venta de las cuentas a su cargo y coordinar con las jefaturas operativas para validar la exactitud de lo proyectado.
  • Coordinar con el área administrativa aquellas cuentas por cobrar con el cliente en casos críticos de morosidad.
  • Cumplir con las metas mensuales establecidas por la jefatura comercial.

Requisitos:

  • Edad entre: 25 a 45 años Sexo: Indistinto
  • Se busca una persona con conocimientos deseables en Supply Chain Management, Administración, Análisis de Costos y Manejo de clientes, entre otros.
  • Además, debe ser bilingüe (español/inglés) y tener un dominio avanzado de Excel.


La naturaleza del puesto requiere una persona proactiva, con capacidad de liderazgo, habilidades de comunicación y negociación, orientada al servicio al cliente y con una visión estratégica y de negocios.
