Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • The purpose of the Process Optimization Manager is to lead our efforts in streamlining and optimizing our omni channel fulfilment processes across LAM region with a clear goal of improving and standardizing policies and procedures.
  • This role will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, developing standardized processes, and implementing best practices across omnichannel fulfilment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand business needs and objectives.
  • Analyze data and gather feedback from stakeholders to understand pain points and inefficiencies.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for standardizing processes across departments and functions.
  • Prepare recommendations and alternatives based on analysis of the business to standardize or make processes more efficient and/or reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish standardized workflows and procedures.
  • Lead the implementation of standardized processes, working closely with departmental managers and team members.
  • Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes throughout the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of standardized processes, gathering feedback and making adjustments as needed.
  • Track progress, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of OF (omnichannel fulfilment) KPIs against targets identify deviations and work with the stakeholders necessary to drive the improvement.
  • Serve as a leader and advocate for process standardization initiatives within the organization
  • Serve as a key resource for ad hoc analytics to support ongoing projects.
  • Continually challenge the status quo, think differently, and push boundaries.
  • Search for analytics and reporting efficiency through automation of reports, daily downloads and BOT implementation.
  • Key Relationships:
  • Regional LAM SCM.
  • SCM Functional areas: Product Supply, Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, Inbound, Customs.
  • Cross functional areas: Regional Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Finance.
  • LAM Data & Analytics Team.
  • SCM Development Team
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, bonus for powerBI know how.
  • Experience in SCM E2E process, demand planning or Sales operation is required.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, process standardization, or business process management.
  • Strong Analytics mindset, planning, and ability to prioritize different tasks with varying workloads and importance.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fastpaced environment.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience in change management, with the ability to effectively communicate the rationale for process changes and gain buyin from stakeholders.
  • Ability to present technical results in a strong manner with clear action steps.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive change within varied cultures and viewpoints.
  • Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills with the ability to support assumptions of final analysis, share ideas, and influence.
  • Knowledge of best practices in knowledge management and documentation, including version control and document management systems.
  • Curious, energetic personality, eager to think out of the box and explore offbeaten tracks, with a passion for innovation.
  • Selfinitiated and proactive mindset.
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive work in Operational Analytics & SCM KPI Analytics.
