Job brief
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings
  • Book travel and accommodations
  • Manage a contact list
  • Data Entry
  • Prepare custom spreadsheets and keep online records
  • Organize managers' calendars
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
  • Experience with wordprocessing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administratoror Executive Assistant are a plus

Salary:
B/ B/.7.00 per hour

Education:

  • Associate (preferred)

Language:

  • Fluent English with strong reading and writing Skills (required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
  • Night Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)
Expected Start Date: 30/01/2023
