You are responsible forEnsure the network and its related services are highly available, and that Partners are delivering as agreed.

Working with the technology team, you will make sure the new services are transitioned to operations seamlessly while appreciating the documentation and necessary hyper careLeading service in operations while tracking it from strategy to deploymentProviding necessary inputs during the conceptual phase of the service/technology from an operations perspectiveLead on the creation, implementation, and monitoring of an effective Governance & quality assurance framework.

Perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems by working with PartnersEffective communication and stakeholder management during sustenance and crisisAct as technical operations expert with other team members, as well as with other worldwide teamsWork with partners by building simulated networks to resolve problems and compatibility issues, and perform an analysis of network designsProvide improvement opportunities and recommendations that enhance performance and deliveryKeep up to date with the latest technology, to provide high-quality support in current and future network servicesContinually improve the service for betterment, ease of operation, fulfilling the business needLeadership position within the Organization, however, won't have direct reports.
