Understands how the business operates and plans for future capacity requirements. Detailed inventory of the infrastructure related with multi country cloud including Servers, Storage, Networking Elements, Software License.

ResponsibilitiesManaging technology infrastructure and assets at a remote colocation facility managed by TTC and coordinate with staff to maintain and support company's technology hardware and softwareRemote coordination and physical device installation of all the hardware related to TTC infrastructure, this included but not limited servers, sans, switches, firewalls, and routers.

Analyzing technical needs, requirements, and state of the server, storage and virtualization infrastructure design, integration, and operationsTrack and/or follow new emerging technologies such as AWS and Azure Cloud in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibilityDecision maker on the development, implementation, and maintenance stages of the existing infrastructure technologies.

Acquiring new software and hardware, negotiating service contracts, and building relationships with vendors and service providersAnalyzing problems and communicating with SEM countries managers to assess needs and determine optimum solutions to IT concernsManaging capacity planning of all production hardware servers and storage, proactively submit recommendations or proposals in order to meet business demand.

Communicating project plan to appropriate staff and SEM countries managers as well as outlining any end user process changesManaging efforts to build and deliver System and Storage infrastructureManaging and keep inventory of software licensing related with share infrastructure.

Managing capacity planning for all the related with data storage.

ScopeThe scope is to cover all operational activities of the central IT platforms covering HN / PA and in the midterm incorporate the rest of Central America operations.

Experience/Key Skills RequiredHard Skills5+ years of experience, including 1+ years in supervising and/or coordinating an IT Infrastructure team of a mobile network operator.

5+ years of experience in Windows Server build outs, Enterprise Storage, VMware, high availability solutions and enterprise level backup systems 1+ years of experience in Cloud (AWS and Azure)
