Location | Remote
Prodly offers an end-to-end ALM (DevOps) platform that brings together IT, Biz Ops and SIs to accelerate change delivery.


Prodly's DevOps Platform and Compliance Center offerings remove the complexities and risks in the change management process, enable organizations to leverage clicks not code, and thus empower the citizen developer and/or business line owners within an enterprise, to be in a position to drive immense value to their organization and their Salesforce footprint at far greater speeds.


Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, monitor and optimize short and long term, multichannel demand generation campaigns to meet sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing and scoring.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure process and messaging alignment for effective lead handoff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in demand generation or related marketing roles.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation and technology platforms (e.g., Pardot, LinkedIn, Google Advertising, Salesforce, G2, Qualified, 6Sense, "Dark Social").
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact.
  • Motivated and excited to contribute to an exciting organization and team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in marketing automation or related areas.
  • Salesforce ecosystem experience
