**_Are you are strong finance professional looking to join the biggest jewelry company in the world? Then this is the role for you_**

As FP&A Manager, you will be a part of the LATAM Finance team. Is expected to drive and manage the cluster forecasting and planning process and deliver actionable insights to drive business performance in the cluster and markets in collaboration with Group FP&A. This role will add value and challenge these processes, to drive stronger global FP&A processes.

**Purpose of the role**:
- Delivering the commercial results of the cluster (P&L and Balance Sheet) and also acting as the ‘engine room’ of Business Performance management, owning the Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes within the framework set by the Group-
- In addition, they are also required to be ‘forward looking’, focusing on the identification of opportunities to drive improvements in top and bottom lines and other key outcomes (e.g. work capital, cash, and cost reduction). Teams will use the data/analytics/tools which will be available to them (along with influencing relationship development and storytelling skills) to drive material performance improvement, in collaboration with Cluster leadership teams**Key Responsabilities**:
Budgeting and Forecasting- Lead cluster performance management through managing planning and forecast processes and information in alignment with Global Business Finance.- Sign-off action plans by Market Business Partners for off-track categories/areas

Management Reporting- Deliver insight and identifies key drivers of cluster/market business performance- Finalize ‘standard’ reporting for the cluster based on business understanding (first cut of the report produced by Reporting CoE)

Strategic Planning- Make strategic (and Capex) planning processes and target setting. Led and driven by Group and cluster agreeing priorities and validating targets with business stakeholders

**Something about you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, etc. Professional designation a plus (MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent)
- 6-8 years of previous FP&A experience in a global organization
- Excellent communicator, fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results to an audience
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Agile and able to build out new processes to better support our strategic goals
