**Position Summary**:
The **FP&A Analyst, LATAM** will partner with the FP&A Manager in providing strategic, financial, commercial, and operational analytics & insights to the Americas team to maximize financial returns to the region. This teammate will support the submission of Wholesale and Distributor financial plans including revenue, margin, and SG&A. They will serve as a go-to partner for the region on all FP&A-related topics providing strategic support and partnering with all areas of the business.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning**
- Work with FP&A Manager, and commercial team to team to develop a long-term strategic plan; ensuring the financial plan reflects regional/channel strategy
- Support the quarterly forecast submissions as well as the latest in-month estimate updates for commercial channels
- Ensuring plans are submitted in accordance with the process and continuously seeking to improve accuracy
- Work closely and partner with sales, operations & planning to ensure accurate forecasting of revenues and margins
- Manage forecast submissions and latest estimate updates for SG&A; ensuring plans are submitted according to the process and continuously seeking to improve accuracy
- Support in reporting such as decks, dashboards, and commentary to facilitate the month-end close process and drive accountability in the region

**Business Analytics**
- Interpret, analyze, and review financial results and KPIs of the Distributor & Wholesale channel to provide recommendations, ensure accountability, and drive performance
- Management reporting; giving business updates on performance by outlining and defining actions
- Contribute to the continuous development of business reports and the reporting process to ensure accuracy with developing trends and relevant metrics in accordance with the global framework
- Prepare monthly and quarterly actual variance analysis versus operating plans, prior year results, and current forecasts
- Business partner with territory managers and sales leadership team to identify new business opportunities and ensure investments and operation drives to maximize return on investment
- Maintain the integrity of complex historical data, and integrate with current and planned systems

**Investment Analytics**
- Complete ROI and capital asset requests supporting key channel investments
- Perform profitability and investment analysis on the expansion plans and new business opportunities
- Build Business Plans for New Territories or changing Business models for Leadership Approval

**Financial Control**
- Monitor and review return on investment to provide feedback to future projects
- Partner with accounting on variance analysis, bookings, reserves, and overall month-end activities
- Monitor revenue vs. plan, and sales dilution by activity
- Monitors spend vs. budget for cost centers supported
- Review capex spending against plan

**Other**
- Communicate frequently and effectively with all levels and provide recommendations to management on strategic initiatives, project execution, and calendar updates
- Presentation of results and financial plans to regional and global leadership
- Assist in the development of yearly budgets for channels utilizing historical data and current market condition data finding opportunities to mitigate risks

**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:

- Flexibility and ability to work in dynamic environment with change as the norm
- Ability to influence others, proven communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with multicultural teams in different settings, departments, and geographies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthetize findings and tell a story

**Education And / Or Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related field
- At least 2-4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting or business analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including financial modeling in Excel
- Familiar with ERPs (e.g., SAP FMS, IBPF, COPA, Anaplan)

- ** Return To Work Designation**:Three (3) days per week in-office, the remainder of work week remote
- ** Language(s)**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English required
