If you match this description, get in touchWhat you'll doChecks availability of order and prepares delivery proposal; where needed, selects proposed alternatives, updates order status and escalates deviations.Responds to customer questions and complaints regarding products and services provided through various channels.Manages sales orders up to delivery and to forwarding.Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.Manages specials, combined shipment, missing or dead on arrival.Your qualificationsBachelor's degree completed or to be completed.0 to 3+ years of experience.Strong understanding of customer order execution cycle including.Strong customer orientation.Speed & execution mindset.Systems Savvy (SAP, Other ERP, C4CS) is desirable.Excel intermediate.Fluent in English is MANDATORY (speaking and writing). Multitasking; Communication; Problem solving; follow ups.This is a hybrid position.Working hours from 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm.
