**Job Title**: Order Manager

**In this role, you have the opportunity** **to make life better**

To manage sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the

ordered goods in the right time and on the right place.

**You are responsible for**
- Accept and validate sales order by checking references and validating relevant information
- Manual processing of orders for customers without EDI inetrface
- Check availability of order and prepare delivery proposal; where needed select proposed alternatives and update order status
- Liaision with Supply Planning team on products with availability constraints to maximize On Time & In Full
- Screening of complex orders (specials) regarding technical content and commercial correctness.
- Managing specials, combined shipment, missing or dead on arrival.
- Managing sales orders up to delivery to forwarding.
- Work with IWD to prioritize the shipments to meet the Must Arrive By Date (MABD)
- Provide analysis on the orders received for the day to the customer collaboration & sales team
- Share Weekly rootcause analysis on PO confirmation rate.
- Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelor degree in related studies
- Advanced English level
- SAP intermediate
- Administrative - Accurate and efficient order processing.
- Analytical - Trouble shooting / Problem solving
- Technical (i.e. Excel, Power point, SAP, WMOS knowledge) - Drive order processing efficiencies; presenting fact based information to drive solutions.
- Communication - proactive status updates, respond to questions, drive improvements through fact-based data presented in a professional manner.
- Relationship Building - Liaison between other departments, customer, Sales, 3PL.
- Customer / Process Ownership - End to End ownership of account/s.
- Critical Thinking - Analyze situations and make appropriate decisions, including with the use of Lean tools.
- Customer Service - customer centric mindset, communication and decision making.
- Training - Teach others for back-up support and cross training.
