**Día día del Project Leader**: - Mediador entre los clientes y nuestro equipo de consultores, eliminando cualquier impedimento que evite cumplir con el alcance acordado.
- A cargo de canalizar las solicitudes dadas por el cliente que estén fuera del alcance pactado junto al area comercial.
- Seguimiento diario del avance de los proyectos asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento de las actividades pactadas con el cliente y actuando de manera asertiva e inmediata a cualquier cambio inesperado.
- Centraliza la comunicación de todo lo relacionado con el proyecto entre los consultores, cliente y al area comercial.
- Asegura el cumplimiento y seguimiento de la Metodología de proyectos adoptada por TopManage.
