**Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición Senior Analyst of Health Economics Market Access Immunology que estará localizada en Panamá.**

**Propósito**:Esta posición tiene como misión implementar las estrategias de economía de la salud y acceso a mercados de vencenca para las franquías asignadas, orientada a gestionar y reducir las barreras a nuestros medicamentos (las cuales pueden estar presentes desde la prescripción hasta la continuidad de la terapia), con el fin de apoyar el crecimiento del market share y garantizar rentabilidad.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Participar activamente en todas las etapas de fijación de precios y planificación, ejecución y negociación de reembolso, incorporando herramientas de economía de la salud en el proceso de negociación de precios local.
- Participar activamente en la revisión de preparación de lanzamientos locales y garantizar la mejor preparación del mercado para los lanzamientos, alineado con él área de HE y pricing y las decisiones de la OpCo.
- Apoyar el mantenimiento proactivo de las marcas ya lanzadas al mercado, en términos de fijación de precios, las restricciones de gasto en salud y las amenazas por competidores.
- Implementar los planes de acceso de acuerdo con el sistema de salud del país o una situación determinada por institución, acercándose a las autoridades locales de salud, grupos de interés,los pagadores y proveedores de atención en salud para influenciar y acelerar decisiones positivas de precio y reembolso para las principales marcas y los nuevos lanzamientos. Con el fin de implementar el portafolio estratégico designado de acceso y hacer seguimiento, es necesario pasar por lo menos 70% del tiempo en el campo.
- Garantizar la implementación del plan de acceso por cliente y producto para reducir las barreras de acceso e impulsar la demanda.
- Apoyar la inclusión en formularios nacionales y/o expedientes a través de la negoción de inclusión de los nuestros medicamentos en los formularios de reembolso.
- Asegurar la inclusión en formularios de hospitales o pagadores regionales mediante la negociación de inclusión de medicamentos Janssen en los formularios de reembolso.
- Comprender, analizar y demostrar el valor clínico, económico y social de los productos a través del despliegue de los dossiers de valor a pagadores, los tomadores de decisiones e influenciadores, incluidos los gestores de los Formularios Nacionales y comités de Farmacia de VeneCenCa.
- Apoyar el desarrollo e implementación de iniciativas innovadoras de acceso a mercado para garantizar una ventaja competitiva sostenible del negocio mediante el aprovechamiento de un profundo conocimiento de las regulaciones y formularios de medicamentos.
- Implementar programas innovadores de acceso (Modelos de contribución compartida, Modelos de Riesgo compartido, etc.)
- Soportar la interacción del departamento de MAF con autoridades clave / pagadores durante el desarrollo de guías de tratamiento a fin promover el uso pertinente de los medicamentos y por ende mantener níveles de reembolso adecuados, c.
- Diseñar y desarrollar el material de soporte de acceso a mercado durante la implementación de proyectos y estrategias del área, es on base en las necesidades del paciente decir, un portafolio de acceso. Garantizar su disponibilidad y actualización de acuerdo con las necesidades del mercado.
- Desarrollar herramientas y procesos de evaluación de retorno de la inversión de las actividades de acceso a mercados.
- Mantenerse al día en las regulaciones de cobertura de alto costo y conocer la forma en que los pagadores las aplican con el fin de mantener o mejorar el acceso de los medicamentos Janssen.
- Servir como fuente de información para todos los grupos de interés de Janssen sobre el sistema de salud y su demanda de los productos Janssen, y apoyar iniciativas como Brand Defense y Programa de Comunicación con KSH.
- Apoyar el asesoramiento en acceso para las nuevas iniciativas empresariales dentro de las propuestas comerciales.
- Recopilar información de interés para la empresa sobre las acciones de acceso al mercado de los competidores a fin de comprender de manera proactiva el impacto en la estrategia de negocio provocada por aquellos y desarrollar planes de acción.
