Descripción de la Plaza We are looking for an experienced and motivated Freelancer Commission-Based Recruiter to join our team. As a Freelancer Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in various positions within our organization. You will work on a commission basis, with a competitive compensation structure.Responsibilities: -Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job openings-Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates-Conduct reference checks and background screenings when necessary-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent-Negotiate offers and close candidates-Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and hiring managersRequirements: -Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a commission-based role-Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Ability to work independently and meet targets-Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools-Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule-Excellent time management and organizational skills-Professional level english-Minimum availability of 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work on weekends if needed-Effective communication with supervisors, ability to follow directions, and maintain regular contact with them for position assignmentsCompensation: -Commission-based: You will earn $50 USD for each successful placement that completes one month of employment with our organization.Additional $50 USD bonus: If the placement remains employed for 3 months, you will receive an additional $50 USD bonus.Join our dynamic and growing team in Grupo Noa International and contribute to our organization's success by finding the right talent to help us achieve our goals.
