**Description What the role is**: The Regional Marketing Director - North America is responsible for optimizing promotion,distribution, social channels, and revenue generation of all products available within Selina's countryUSA locations. Your mission is to unlock revenue growth across the country and deliver business tothe Selina locations with a creative marketing strategy and strong execution skills. You should befocused on driving marketing, promotions, PPC campaigns, social channels, industry marketing, andother forms of hotel marketing. You will provide support and guidance to the location Sales teams.You will provide marketing on both a countrywide and local strategy format to other locations.Additionally, as a global brand, you will collaborate on best practices with our other countrymarketing teams to drive demand brand-wide.What you will be doing: You will have responsibility for setting and executing a country-based marketing strategy to achieverevenue targets across all revenue streamsMarketing, Advertisement and Promotions Program ManagementProgram management, including ownership of B2B and B2C marketing collateral and messagingand program performance tracking.Manage, retain and grow Loyal Customer Base through direct channelsCoordinate with an outside agency on PR placement and overall strategy.Lead the Country Marketing Program, including the design and implementation strategy, identification of key/priority markets, agency outreach, development of marketing collateral, and ensuring program engagement and participation.Priority Properties, Relationship Management, Marketing SupportDevelopment of Marketing Action PlansLead the marketing on-boarding process for new properties, including brand and programintroduction and ongoing support for grand opening promotional and advertising opportunities,brand standards, and marketing program participation.Manage the On-Property Promotions, including the development of the promotional calendar andmarketing collateral support and property activation and performance tracking.Support and execute on-property Photography and local brand assets, including ownership of GlobalBrand Standards, the approval process for new property assets, coordination and scheduling ofproperty assets, and content management across owned and 3rd party channels.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing support, includingOperations, Global, Distribution, Sales, and Revenue Management.Other projects as assigned or as needed.What you will need for the role: Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.Forecasting and budgetingEnglish proficiency and local languageMarketing managementPublic Relations managementTime Management, CreativityCultural Sensitivity SkillsRevenue and Profit OrientedDeep knowledge of the market and leading developing players from the country.Well-versed in communication and marketing.Able to work independently and creatively to close new opportunitiesExperience with digital marketing, social media, and email marketing is a plus.Able to work and collaborate in a matrix environmentStrong negotiation and relationship management
