Impulsar el portafolio de Culinarios través de la elaboración de estrategias enfocadas en generar valor agregado mejorando la calidad de vida del consumidor, ganando participación de mercado dentro de la categoría y contribuyendo con un crecimiento rentable para el negocio de manera alineada con la estrategia global y regional.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de marketing del portafolio de culinarios, con base en la dinámica del mercado, las tendencias de consumo y las plataformas de crecimiento
- Liderar y acelerar el pipeline de innovación a nível regional considerando nuevos productos, formatos, empaques y medios de comunicación
- Implementar planes de acción que permitan optimizar al máximo el valor del portafolio gracias a un entendimiento detallado del P&L y las variables que lo influye
- Manejo eficiente de su presupuesto para asegurar una inversión óptima que garantice un ROI positivo así como ganancia de participación de mercado y crecimiento orgánico
- Conocimiento profundo del consumidor y sus principales influenciadores en la decisión de compra, para implementar iniciativas que inciten la consideración de las categorías y evidencien la superioridad de producto vs otras ofertas.
- Liderar y gestionar la interacción con socios estratégicos externos (empresas de publicidad, agencias digitales, agencias de medios de comunicación, agencias de diseño, agencias BTL/promocionales y de investigación de mercado) e internos (área comercial, regulatoria, legal, financiera, etc.) para cumplir con la ejecución del plan de marca integrado y los objetivos comerciales
- Coaching y desarrollo del talento de su equipo

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración e Ingeniería Industrial o carreras a fines
- Experiência teniendo personal bajo su cargo
- Facilidad de análisis de datos, interpretación e identificación de oportunidades
- Experiência en relacionamiento con agencias y socios comerciales
- 4 a 7 años de experiências en posiciones similares

Experiência en implementación de estrategias de categoría y marca para diferentes productos
