With a strong project management experience and change agent in a dynamic multi-functional environment.What you will be doingDesign, Specify and Structure all Food and Beverage Products in Selina GloballyOwn the innovation, creation rollout and global oversight of Selina’s Food & Beverage Offerings: including concepts, formats (cafes, bars, restaurants), layouts, and menusDevelop our approach to scale F&B Products and maintain global standards while opening multiple locations with an authentic, locally-relevant offeringPartner with development and operations to ensure F&B offerings become a reality.Develop standards, processes, safety guidelines, protocols and training inputs for F&B deliveryDevelop business plans to ensure that F&B products meet financial, experiential and brand objectivesSupport and drive business development: sourcing and negotiating partnerships, creating guidelines for management agreements, supporting country teams and guiding them on local deal.Manage the cost of sale, processes, and protocols of the restaurant, bar & front staffCreate and utilize mechanisms to monitor and report out onPrimary business partner in the development and rollout of a technology stack to control and support our F&B business (POS, inventory management, etc.) performance in different locations, creating improvement plans and sharing best practices across regionsParticipate in the recruitment of Region-level chefs and F&B directorsPartner with marketing, sales, operations and technology major wellness initiatives to drive our brand and businessWhat you need for the roleExperience in scaling F&B businesses: multi-national and developing country experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge and instinct for creating food & beverage offerings that are distinctive, tailored to needs of diverse locations, operationally scalable and commercially attractiveExperienced in Menu design and costingStrong familiarity with F&B supporting systems and technologiesVersatile leader: able to think and manage at multiple levels in a single day: business strategy, creative concept and kitchen operationsExperience with F&B business and commercial development: partnerships, management agreements, sponsorship deals, etc.Experience in the design of F&B spaces highly attractiveDirect experience as a chef, restaurant/bar/club GM or similar “hands on” experience also preferredFluent English.
