**Propsito del puesto**: Administracin y resguardo de Base de datos y servidores de aplicacin (Middleware). Mantener y operar las bases de datos y servidores de aplicaciones que conforman el sistema de informacin de la compaa. #LI-PR1 Qualifications / Requirements Funciones: Instalacin, configuracin y actualizacin de Bases de Datos (BDD) y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA), as como de productos relacionados, sean en cluster, standalone y/o standby. Evaluar nuevas caractersticas de Bases de Datos (BDD) y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA) y sus productos relacionados.
Crear las Bases de Datos (BDD) y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA) necesarias en distintos sistemas operativos. Monitoreo y afinamiento del rendimiento de las Bases de Datos (BDD) y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA). Establecer y mantener polticas y procedimientos de backup y recuperacin. Planear el crecimiento y cambios de las Bases de Datos (BDD) y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA).
Anlisis y recomendaciones para vulnerabilidades reportadas por el fabricante o el rea de seguridad. Atender consultas y apoyar resolucin de problemas al equipo de desarrollo. Servir de enlace entre la empresa y el soporte de las Bases de Datos (BDD) y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA). (Ej.
Oracle, Microsoft, etc) Custodiar el diseo e implementacin de las Bases de Datos (BDD) y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA) Implementar y mantener la seguridad de las Bases de Datos (BDD) y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA). Recuperacin de las Bases de Datos (BDD) y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA) por cadas abruptas. Reconstruccin de Segmentos Undo / Temporales y Tablespace Definicin y atencin de alarmas de BDD y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA) Desarrollo de Scripts de Mantenimiento (BDD y SDA) Actualizacin de parches y fixes de nuevas versiones de BD y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA). Planificacin y Coordinacin de mantenimientos diarios.
Atencin a seguridad y monitoreo de auditoria de las BD y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA) Disponibilidad de On-Call noche, feriados y fines de semana Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las Bases de Datos (BDD) y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA) Atencin de los distintos incidentes y gestiones de cambios en las Bases de Datos (BDD) y Servidores de Aplicacin (SDA). Documentar procesos operativos, as como, mantener actualizadas las bitcoras de los distintos incidentes atendidos. Implementacin y seguimiento de proyectos de BDD/SDA. Control del inventario de las bases de datos y servidores de aplicacin a su cargo.
Generacin de reportes de KPIs del area. Responsibilities Perfil Requerido: Ingeniero o Licenciado en Computacin o carreras afines.Mnimo 5+ aos de experiência.Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y/o gestionarlo.Habilidad para trabajar bajo presin.Orientado a dar respuesta a situaciones de criticidad por cadas abruptas de las BDD y SDA.Capacidad analtica y criterio para la toma de decisiones.Habilidad para obtener informacin y para detectar situaciones de riesgo.Ingles nível Intermedio. (oral y escrito).Conocimientos de gestin de proyectos e implementacin.Gestion de tareas mediante app de tipo Kanban (Ej. Trello)Conocimiento bsico de redes, storage (Ej: VMAX, Hitachi) y sistemas de respaldos (Ej.
