**Resumen de la Posición**

Custodiar y asegurar que los procesos de importaciones y exportaciones de la región se desarrollen en forma adecuada, optimizando los costos, apalancado entre otros, en beneficios y normas de tratados comerciales, a través del soporte funcional a los equipos locales y las directrices entregadas, para asegurar eficiencia y cumplimiento interno y externo.

- Entregar competencias funcionales a los equipos de import/export de cada localidad, en alineación con lideres de Supply Chain de los países, a través de capacitaciones, reuniones operativas y otros foros o herramientas apalancadas en digitalización, con el fin de tener un equipo motivado y de alto desempeño.
- Acordar los requerimientos de servicio con las unidades de negocios y otras unidades de la empresa, y establecer objetivos para los colaboradores de los países de import/export, en alineación con supply chain managers de los países, y proveedores de servicios asociados. En base a esto planificar y priorizar actividades el área para garantizar eficiencia en la función, garantizando entre otros, disponibilidad oportuna de productos siguiendo tramites óptimos de import/export.
- Generar Iniciativas de ahorro para mejorar los costos y el desempeño de la operación, además de participar en eventos de Unidades de negocios u otras áreas que busquen identificar oportunidades en toda la cadena, bajo la cultura de mejora continua.
- Mantener actualizada la organización, las áreas que correspondan, de cambios en sistemas arancelarios, aplicaciones de tratados comerciales o cualquier otro régimen aduanero que impacte nuestras líneas de negocios, así como resaltadas oportunidades futuras.
- Participar activamente y dar seguimiento a las actividades asignadas en proyectos de innovación y renovación de nuevos productos para importaciones desde fuera y dentro de la región, como para exportaciones fuera de la Región.
- Ser un contribuyente activo en la preparación de documentos y procesos claves de IMS, como Product Briefs (GSI, general shipping instructions), cálculo de LDPs (incisios y tasas arancelarias), certificaciones/actualizaciones de planta ante autoridades, entre otros.
- Ser punto de contacto con equipos de Comercio Exterior de las afiliadas, en coordinación con Planeación, para puntos relevantes de la operatividad del comercio exterior. Igualmente ser contacto principal con centros de competencias que Nestlé tenga para fines de comercio exterior (ejm. impuestos)
- Definir y liderar procesos para identificar proveedores adecuados (ejm. agencias aduanales, almacenes fiscales, consultores, navieras y brokers, entre otros), con el soporte de compras para licitaciones. Igualmente garantizar que los proveedores tengan los contratos legales debidamente actualizados, en alineación con supply chain managers de países y soporte del área legal.
- Ser el representante de la Direccion ante proyectos Zona o globales, relacionados a Comercio Exterior.

**Que te hará exitoso(a) en la posición**
- Conocimientos básicos de negociación
- Conocimientos de temas aduanales en América Central, integración Centroamericana. Igualmente, en tratados de libre comercio, organización mundial del comercio. Incluyendo operaciones logísticas terrestres y marítimas.
- Experiência operacional y estratégica en áreas de importación, exportación, transporte y roles afines en Cadena de abastecimiento.
- Manejo de: Intermarket Supply Planning, Logistica física y Distribución, customer facing Suplply Chain, Planificación de abastos.
- 5 a 8 años de experiência en posiciones similares preferiblemente manejando otros mercados.
