The Culture & Impact Manager is responsible for establishing and implementing the strategy, tools, systems and actions to effectively measure and drive positive culture across the Selina ecosystem, while making an impact in all of Selina’s communities.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**CULTURE**
- Create, review and amend guidelines systems and KPIs for global culture survey
- Work with People Operations team on co-creation, review and amendment of guidelines and KPIs for location culture survey
- Establish and manage the culture survey and action planning cycle
- Monitor compliance with culture survey cycle
- Report on culture results as per the established guidelines and cycle
- Create and manage the internal communications plan
- Create and manage the Connector Programming calendar
- Manage the content creation and posting/publishing of the Connector’s instagram and the Connector Insider newsletter
- Work with the talent team on external communications plan and content to enhance external view on Selina culture
- Coordinate and deliver the Blueprint Ambassadors certification program
- Monitor and report on the delivery of Blueprint activations across Selina locations and Departments
- Promote the usage of the Selina Blueprint behaviors and language through internal campaigns and review of other Department’s communications
- Coordinate and implement the Selina Talks calendar
- Integration of content, training and learning tools into LEDO
- Supports and motivates the company’s impact and culture.
**IMPACT**
- Create, review and amend the guidelines, systems and KPIs for impact activities across Selina
- Align with ESG and People Operations and Operations teams on impact guidelines, systems and KPIS
- Work with global leaders on implementing impact activities across Selina offices and locations across the world
- Lead and manage the implementation of the Selina Gives Back Hospitality Program across all Selina locations
- Measure and report on the effectiveness and compliance of the Selina Gives Back Hospitality Program
- Train, guide and Support Operations and People teams on successful implementation and management of the Selina Gives Back Hospitality Program
- Create all Impact Trainings in the Learning platform
- Monitor, measure and report on compliance with with impact guidelines, systems and KPIs
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Sustainable Tourism and Hotel Management, Sustainable and Community Development, Environmental Management, Social Education, Sociology, Psychology, Social Justice, or other related fields.
- Passion and interest in volunteering social activities.
- English fluency (written & verbal)
- Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew or other languages' fluency are considered a plus
- Experience living and working in the community where Selina is located is a plus
- 3+ months experience as a volunteer or intern in a community program
- Experience with Google suite tools (gmail, google calendar, etc)
- Cultural sensitivity
- Excellent communication skills
