- **Responsibilities**_
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Support in implementing strategic transformation initiatives and change management.
- Design & facilitate workshops and exercises that include data collection, data analysis, consensus building, and organizational buy-in.
- Prepare and draft internal/ external presentations related to process improvement and strategic transformation topics.
- Provide an overview of strategic initiatives and proactively maintaining the roadmap to reflect deliverables using project management tools.
- Liaise with stakeholders, prepare agendas, presentations, notes, follow ups for internal controls transformation and change management topics with Internal leadership and external business partners.
- Collaborate with Internal Leaders to maintain the SharePoint, Intranet (internal communication tool) and help shape the story and publish them.
- **Requirements**_
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Finances.
- 5 years experience working in Engineering consulting firms.
- Creating work processes in main business components: Enterprise Management and Planning, Business Development, Project Delivery, Employee Empowerment.
- Implementing and monitoring use of work processes
- Managing change and organizational effectiveness
- Project Management
- Use of process and scheduling software and tools
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
