**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura o Máster en Informática, Ingeniería de Software o campo relacionado.
- **Inglés avanzado**:

- Mínimo 6-7 años de experiência en un puesto relevante.
- Amplia experiência en pruebas de automatización y rendimiento de productos empresariales de copia de seguridad y recuperación.
- Gran experiência con herramientas de prueba como Selenium, JMeter y LoadRunner.
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y experiência de trabajo en entornos ágiles.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, con capacidad para motivar y gestionar un equipo.
- Capacidad para trabajar en colaboración con equipos multifuncionales y gestionar múltiples prioridades en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
- Gran capacidad de análisis y atención al detalle.
- Compromiso con el cliente y las partes interesadas
- Comprender el dominio/área de interés del cliente. Conocer a los clientes, su arquitectura, su código, sus puntos débiles, su hoja de ruta. Ser su socio para impulsar el tiempo de obtención de valor y la calidad.
- Estrecha colaboración con los arquitectos del equipo de dominio, ingenieros principales, arquitectos de ingeniería y socios comerciales.
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita con socios y partes interesadas.
