**Location**: Panama, Honduras, or Nicaragua
**Job Purpose**:
This Aviation Base Manager role exists to oversee and direct Dynamic Aviation’s Sterile Insect Technique base, including personnel, flight operations and equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with internal and external customers to provide exceptional customer experience
- Ensure compliance with all appropriate regulations, policies and procedures
- Manage Flight Operations administrative functions through process improvement and development. Also responsible for departmental travel
- Manage and improve Flight Operations documentation and record keeping
- Responsible for crewmember resource management functions
- Manage personnel and logistics as assigned
- Pilot the King Air 90 as a single pilot Captain in a safe and professional way
- Fly accurately in relation to dispersal criteria
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- FAA Commercial / Instrument / Multi-Engine license
- A minimum of 1200 hours total flight time (multi-engine turboprop preferred)
- Ability to qualify single pilot and work in a multi-crew environment
- Excellent organization and oral & written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in and foster a team-based environment
- Experience in logístical deployments of personnel and equipment
- Experience managing operational environments
- Work smoothly within a multi-faceted team and with a diverse set of customers
- FAA A&P maintenance certificate (preferred)
- Possess at least a 2nd class medical
- Relocation to Panama, Honduras, or Nicaragua
- Fluency in Spanish required

**Job Experience**:
Demonstrated performance in pilot/mechanic leadership and aircraft fleet management. Demonstrated experience managing budgets and properly reading and interpreting financial reports. Prior cross-cultural and foreign language experience preferred.
